After passing the big street you've reached the turning point of the stage!
Use the Homing Attack on the Bladed Spinners from over the broken glass,
then continue homing towards the Spring Bumper on the wall
of the building on the opposite side.
If you are successful, you should be able to make use of
a series of Spring Bumpers and really advance!
